- When you call R.O.T.T.I Roadside for a jump start, a customer service representative will answer the phone (no holding and no automated calls!). You will give them your basic vehicle information and vehicle location. After that they will dispatch a technician to your vehicle location.
- When our technician arrives at your location they will have all the tools needed to jump start your car. Your service technician will clean your vehicles battery terminals and use a jump pack to get your vehicle started.
